Question 1

Will my customers notice they're talking to an AI?

Accepted Answer

Our phone agents are built on advanced LLMs that handle tone, pauses and natural speech. You can choose from different voices and personalities and configure the voice in detail in the platform.

Question 2

How long does it take to get started?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your initial needs, it takes anywhere from a few days. We help you integrate the AI phone agent with your existing phone system and train the agent on your knowledge base and workflows. Then you go live. No six-month enterprise rollout, no thick manuals.

Question 3

What happens when the AI can't handle a call?

Accepted Answer

It does what a good employee does, it triggers an event or escalates. Calls are transferred seamlessly to your human team with full context, so the customer never has to repeat themselves. Your AI knows what it doesn't know.

Question 4

Which languages do you support?

Accepted Answer

Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish and around 26 other languages. Your AI phone agent is more multilingual than your most well-traveled colleague.

Question 5

Is this just a fancy IVR system?

Accepted Answer

Our agents have real conversations. They understand context, handle follow-ups and resolve cases. No "press 1 for billing."

Question 6

What about data protection and GDPR?

Accepted Answer

All data is processed in EU data centers and encrypted in transit and at rest.

Question 7

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Less than hiring, training and retaining a human agent. More than doing nothing and hoping your customers enjoy hold music. See our pricing page or contact us for pricing that actually fits your volume.

Question 8

Can I try it before I commit?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Try calling +46 10-138 51 23!

Question 9

Do we need to change our phone system to use the service?

Accepted Answer

You keep your existing phone system. We assign a Swedish phone number that you easily add to your current setup. We then assist with the integration to ensure everything works together seamlessly.

Question 10

Can the agent be set to answer only when our own staff is busy?

Accepted Answer

Because we provide a standard phone number, it is added as a part of your existing phone system. From there, you control the routing so the agent only captures calls that would otherwise be missed. We assist with the integration into your existing phone system.

Question 11

Can the agent take calls on nights and weekends when we are closed?

Accepted Answer

The service is available around the clock. It has no queue and handles many incoming calls simultaneously regardless of the time of day. The agent can collect information and transfer the case so everything is ready for your staff when you reopen.

Question 12

Can the agent access our own systems to book appointments or check order status?

Accepted Answer

Using automations, the service can be connected to your existing business systems. This allows the agent to retrieve information and perform tasks within your systems during an ongoing call. We customize these workflows based on your specific needs.

Question 13

What does it cost when the agent forwards a call to a human employee?

Accepted Answer

Forwarded calls are billed by the minute and at a lower cost than incoming ones. Get in touch with us and we will go through what this means for your specific volumes.

Question 14

Are calls recorded and how long do you store the information?

Accepted Answer

You decide whether calls should be recorded and saved, as well as for how long. It is also possible to opt out of recording entirely. All data is handled according to the General Data Protection Regulation in European Union data centers, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Question 15

Do we have to inform the caller that they are talking to an artificial voice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is a legal requirement that the caller knows an AI is answering. The agent can convey this at the beginning of the call. You decide the exact wording yourself.

Question 16

What happens to the information the agent has collected when the call is transferred to our staff?

Accepted Answer

When the service escalates a case, the call is transferred with full context. The human employee gets direct access to all collected data. This means the customer never has to repeat themselves, allowing you to continue exactly where the agent left off.

Question 17

Our phone provider already offers a built-in service with artificial intelligence, what separates you from it?

Accepted Answer

Real Talk is a Nordic leader in AI phone agents, and large companies choose us because the difference is audible in the conversation. We focus exclusively on this. Our product is not a fragmented portfolio of services where voice is just another feature.

Question 18

How much work is required from us to get started and who sets everything up?

Accepted Answer

You can be up and running the very same day. Already during the demonstration call, we present a customized and functioning agent for you to test. We handle the setup and train the agent, while you only provide voice preferences, guidelines and your knowledge base.

Question 19

What is an AI receptionist?

Accepted Answer

The AI receptionist and the AI phone agent are two words for the same thing. It is a smart way for you to organize the answering service. The agent speaks with a natural voice and acts directly in your systems. Your staff gets time for the qualitative calls when the agent takes routine answers and transfers.
