Tor founded All Ears in 2016 and served as CEO for six years with clients such as Walmart, Hertz, and Pfizer. He sold his shares in the company in 2024.

We build the solutions of the future that let people meet through our most natural form of communication: speech. Since 2024, we have been developing AI voice agents that answer calls for businesses in Swedish and about thirty other languages.
Filip Hedman
CTO & Co-founder
Filip leads the development of Real Talk's voice infrastructure. He previously worked as CTO at All Ears and studied computer science at Uppsala University.
Based in Södermalm
Our office is at Östgötagatan 100.
